The fully equipped kitchen and washing machine make this a great option for a longer stay. It’s right across from Hikkaduwa Beach, a great place to stay in Hikka.

We couldn’t find the place at first, and then couldn’t locate the owner to let us in. Our room was beside the kitchen, and smelled of food all night after someone cooked. The bathroom had mold, the beds were like rocks, and a window had no blinds, so we couldn’t block out the light. I was glad we were only there for one night.

The room was amazing and very clean, and we could use the facilities. The terrace had a fantastic view. It’s very central and good value for money.

The caretaker was so friendly, and the place had lots of thoughtful little touches we hadn’t expected. Our room and bathroom were hygienic, and facing Galle road made the location great. Having a shared kitchen was handy for a quick breakfast or a late snack, and making our own food was cheaper and healthier. We really enjoyed staying here.

We arrived early and our room wasn't ready, so we waited in the waiting area while they cleaned it and changed the linens. They got it ready a little earlier than usual, which was appreciated. The beach is very close, and we had a decent stay.
