The owner was welcoming and always happy to help, which made our stay even nicer. We also appreciated being able to leave our bags there while we were moving around. Our room had AC, which was a real help in the heat, and it was clean, comfortable, and well kept. The whole property is looked after beautifully. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, and we had a pleasant, comfortable stay. We'd happily return and recommend this homestay.

We stayed here for two days, longer than anywhere else on our 10-day trip where we changed hotels every night. It was the most beautiful place we visited in Sri Lanka. The villa was quiet, comfortable, and really nice. The booking included air conditioning, a washing machine, a private kitchen, and a bathroom. Thank you!

Shops and cafes are nearby, and the beach is a short walk away. Hikkaduwa centre is about 400 rupees by tuk-tuk, or roughly a 30-minute walk. We had a lovely week here over Christmas and hope to come back. It’s family run, though you still have your own space. The place is peaceful, with nice views and lots of wildlife. Our spacious room had a little kitchen area and access to a washing machine.

Just a short stay, but it was perfect. We found it peaceful and beautiful, with friendly, helpful staff and really comfortable rooms. Great value too. It’s set back from the beach, but local facilities are an easy walk away. Highly recommend.

I stayed one night and got exactly what I wanted. The sunset view from the balcony was beautiful, and Hikkaduwa is only about five minutes away by tuk-tuk.
