The location was a real plus for us, close to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Refresh Hotel was peaceful and felt like good value, with friendly, attentive staff who helped with local attractions and transport. Our room was spacious and well ventilated, with a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and fast Wi-Fi. The hotel itself is clean and modern, and the food was another highlight. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and tasty, and the local dishes we tried were well prepared and served promptly. We had a great stay and would happily return to Refresh Hotel Hikkaduwa.

Booking Refresh Hotel on the day I arrived turned out to be easy, and everything went smoothly. We appreciated that the staff arranged a shuttle for us, and the location made it convenient to get around. The team was kind, professional, and always willing to help. The hotel stayed spotless, and our spacious second-floor room was comfortable. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, and we had reliable hot and cold water. A very pleasant stay, and we'd choose this place again.

I booked on the day we arrived, and it all went smoothly, with no stress or complications. The central location made getting around easy, and the staff helped arrange a shuttle. We loved the sea view from the restaurant, especially while eating, and there were lots of food options that all tasted amazing. The hotel is in a fantastic location, with clean rooms, a spacious bathroom, and a friendly, welcoming staff. It's a lovely, well-maintained place to stay. The beach view restaurant was a highlight, with delicious breakfast and dinner. Definitely try the fresh seafood. Our room and washroom were incredibly spacious, and the balcony made it feel even more relaxing. The staff were always ready to help and made the stay more enjoyable with how friendly and attentive they were. It was a wonderful experience, well worth the time. Highly recommended!
