The people here are what made the stay so memorable. Saman and Sanath were wonderful, always willing to help, even giving us lifts into town and being there whenever we needed something. Their friendliness and kindness made a big difference. The hotel itself was fabulous, with spotless, well-kept rooms, an amazing pool, and a great spot right on the beach and near town. We had an absolutely wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.

A calm, relaxing place right on the golden sand, with a swimming pool. It’s family friendly, the staff are welcoming, and the food is good and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

We arrived on April 14, Sinhala and Tamil New Year, and the hotel owner kindly told us we were their first guests of the new year. They gave us the best room on the third floor, with an amazing ocean view. The pool is lovely, and it was nice to see the family celebrating the new year with lots of relatives there. I’ve also included pictures of Hikkaduwa Beach. Some spots along the beach have been abandoned, and I’d love to see them come back because this area is lovely.

The beach restaurant served tasty local and international food, and we could relax on the safe, suitable beach. Every evening brought a breathtaking sunset. I stayed at the Thiranagama Beach Hotel for eight wonderful days with my two children. The rooms were very clean and beautifully maintained, and we made good use of both the large pool and the separate children's pool. It was an unforgettable family stay.

The sea was visible from our room, and breakfast food was plentiful. The rooms were cleaned, and the service was very pleasant. Thanks to Mr. Saman, the Manager, who was so nice and even washed our clothes. When we asked, they cut up our own fruit for us and carried all our luggage.
