Being right in central Jaffna made it easy to walk to nearby restaurants. Geesh Residence has roomy rooms at affordable prices, and the staff were super friendly. It seems like a great fit for a family trip, and I'd highly recommend it. It's a great place.

For the rates they charge, the facilities weren't reasonable.

I waited over three hours for my booking, and nobody had informed me in advance that they didn't have enough staff. They should have let the customer know sooner. The service was bad, and I'm disappointed with both the customer service and the promise they made. They don't seem to care about customers' needs or keep their word.

Really terrible experience. The room was filthy, with dust, dirt, and cobwebs everywhere, as if it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The toilet and shower floor were dirty too. Just too dirty.
