Sai Holiday Inn

We paid 15,000 for two rooms for one night, and it felt like a waste of money. At Sai Holiday Inn in 2024, the water stopped at 11 pm and didn't come back until 5 am. The rooms were old and filthy, and there was no front desk, including after hours. Look around for a better place.

We booked six rooms and had trouble from the start. They asked us to take off our shoes for hygiene, so we assumed the place would be clean. It wasn't. The sheets were dirty and torn, and some smelled used. Several air conditioners weren't working properly, and there was no proper fix. Bathrooms were damp, dirty, and smelly, with rubbish already there when we arrived. Room maintenance was very poor. When we tried to discuss the problems with the owner, he shouted and wouldn't listen, insisting he was right and saying, "this is not a five star hotel". We knew that, but guests still need basic hygiene. The staff seemed angry and unpleasant, and didn't even smile. This was the worst place I've ever stayed. It spoiled our time and happiness, and was a waste of money. I wouldn't stay here again, and would rather sleep on the road.

Service was good and the location was perfect, but there were snakes living behind the room snacks with a family.
