We booked all six rooms, four with air conditioning and two with fans, and found them clean and well looked after. Green Star Inn is right in the city, so nearby attractions are easy to reach, and it works well for a big family trip. The staff were friendly, the bathrooms were maintained, and the food was acceptable. It's an economical stay and felt worth the price. We were satisfied with the experience.

The washrooms could use better upkeep, although they do have hot water. We stayed upstairs, where the rooms were clean and well maintained, with air conditioning in our room and fans in the others. Green Star Inn is right in the city, making it convenient for family trips and larger groups. For the money, it felt worth it. 👍🏻👌🏻

The food was okay, though it wasn't served very well, and the surroundings weren't pleasant beyond being close to town. Jaffna's main town is very nearby. The air-conditioned rooms were all right but quite small, and the bathrooms were small and not very clean. Bugs were scattered around the sinks and floor.

The place smelled awful when we arrived, and the whole guest house we had booked was dusty and dirty. The washrooms looked as though they hadn't been cleaned in ages, and there was no water supply. When we asked James to clean, he was very rude and wanted us out of the house in the middle of the night. The worst experience ever. He was so hard-hearted and rude.
