The location is good, right next to the Jaffna YMCA, with Old Park facing the hotel. It’s also very close to St. John's College and the Jaffna Secretariat. The rooms are spacious and air-conditioned, with a TV and a clean washroom. A basic hotel, reasonably clean, and the staff are friendly.
For a budget stay in Jaffna, the location is a comfortable distance from town and the service was okay. The AC room had a clean toilet, and the TV was good, with HBO. The hot water pressure was too low, though, and there was no dustbin. The ironing board was kept in a public area of the hotel.
Food needs to be ordered an hour ahead. The place is close to the city center, Nallur, Jaffna Library, and other spots. It’s nice, affordable, and the staff are helpful. The rooms were clean and had hot water, a TV, and AC.
The location is very good, but the management and staff were arrogant and rude. The worst hotel in Jaffna. Not recommended at all, zero stars.
The rooms are large and clean, with AC, and the atmosphere is very good. Staff were friendly too. Breakfast was moderate and the prices were reasonable.
