We had plenty of parking, and the location made it easy to get to the city's attractions and amenities. The host was friendly and quick to respond, which made the stay hassle-free. Tulasi Mahal was stylish, clean, and spacious, a comfortable home away from home. We'd happily recommend the apartment for a memorable stay in Jaffna.

We booked apartment # 23 on the 2nd floor for a month, but the balcony was filthy, the WiFi and TV didn't work, and the cooker was broken. The service was poor and nobody took responsibility. The manager sent us to the owner, who was overseas, and the owner sent us back to the manager. I later learned that the condominium management no longer handles rentals, and some individual owners rent out their apartments now. Check everything carefully before reserving.

The host was friendly and responsive, and we had an easy stay. Parking was plentiful, too. The location worked well for getting to the city's attractions and amenities, so I'd recommend this apartment for a stay in Jaffna.

The calm atmosphere and courteous staff made the stay feel welcoming. Thulasi Mahal Apartments has spacious, well-equipped rooms and good amenities, and it's conveniently close to attractions. A comfortable option in central Jaffna for either business or leisure.

I had to cancel my reservation at the last minute because I couldn't make it, and the staff were understanding and helpful about it. They were very kind and friendly. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation in Jaffna.
