The new owner was very friendly with everyone and gave high customer service. I went with 40 people despite seeing some bad reviews, and this turned out to be one of the best places I've experienced in pasikuda. The bathrooms were very clean, the beds comfortable, and the facilities superb. A great place for anyone to visit.

The room was basic but roomy, and we spent one night there while heading to Jaffna. It's a bit away from the belt of beach hotels, with no nearby places to eat and no supplies in the bathroom. We managed dinner and breakfast without relying on them. We may not stay there again.

The staff member was a very good man, but the place was dirty and uncomfortable, with dusty rooms. There were No Smoking signs, yet people were smoking everywhere, and alcohol bottles were scattered around. I had planned to stay 2nights and 3 days, but left on the 1st day.

The quiet, serene atmosphere at Gnanam Holiday Inn in Pasikuda, Batticaloa made it easy to relax. It was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly, going out of their way to make us comfortable and cared for. Their support and hospitality made the stay memorable. We'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, welcoming place in Pasikuda.

The view was great, the staff friendly, and the rooms clean. There's a big car park too. Some rooms could use more square pin power outlets.
