The owner went all the way to Negombo to bring my mother's jacket to our hotel after she left it behind, and wouldn't accept any money. That says a lot about these people. We had a great stay: everything was very clean, the pool was perfect, and the staff were super friendly. They also arranged an amazing dolphin trip. I'd highly recommend staying here.

We forgot our phone at the hotel, and they returned it at a time and place that worked for us. I'd never had anything like that happen before, and they were really honest and good about it. We had a great time there. The food was delicious and the pool was clear and beautiful. Definitely recommend the place. Wishing you all the best, and hope it becomes one of Sri Lanka's top hotels.

I was told the room would cost 12,000 rp, then went into town to eat. When I came back, they said the price was actually 15,000 rp. We eventually agreed I'd pay 12,000 for one night, but the next morning they added a 10% tax they hadn't mentioned earlier. I'm very unhappy with the customer service. The owner wasn't there, the staff couldn't give me the wifi password because they didn't have it, and they said the card machine wasn't working so I couldn't pay by credit card. The owner or manager couldn't be reached by phone the next morning. Poor management.

Melanie, the chef, made me the best Sri Lankan dishes and even let me help cook them. It was a marvelous experience at a high quality hotel with very clean rooms and super kind staff. Absolutely recommendable.
