The reception officer didn’t know how to speak to guests politely, and the service felt unprofessional. The room facilities were uncomfortable and the washrooms were dirty. I was disappointed with my choice and felt the place wasn’t worth the money. Hotel management needs to address this right away.

We had a spacious family room when we stayed in January 2017. Getting around was easy from this convenient location, and the staff were friendly. Since it was a new place with few reviews online, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the price turned out to be a pleasant surprise. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Sri Lanka.

The pool was nice for a swim in fresh water before bed. It was also handy to have breakfast whenever we wanted, and a free tuk-tuk ride to the sea. The hotel has its own car if you need to go somewhere. It’s a cozy new place with friendly staff, and the price felt fair for the quality.

The location is really good, and the welcoming staff make it feel like home. The food and service are consistently great, and everything is clean. Just when I think it can’t get any better, it does. Definitely a wow experience.

The rates are very high, and the service wasn’t friendly. The gates close at 8:00 pm, and using the swimming pool costs extra. Poor service.
