U.S Hotel

We waited ten minutes after sitting down and nobody came to take our order, so I had to go to the cashier myself. Just two waiters were serving more than five tables, and the food took a long time to arrive. It was extremely spicy, and the whole meal wasted our time and money. A terrible customer service experience, not a good place for a nice meal.

The food was good, but the staff didn't seem to care about customers. They charge 10% for service, yet we had to place our order ourselves and wait for the bill as well. A very bad experience.

We waited more than 50 minutes and nobody came to take our order. We called the staff several times and were told to wait, but nothing happened. Meanwhile, they served people who arrived after us, apparently because they knew them or because they were in larger groups. Don't go here.

We were seven people and waited over half an hour to be served. One order was wrong, and some dishes were incomplete, with bread arriving but no curry. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful throughout. The biryani was awful, with a strong taste like margarine, and the rest of the food wasn't any better. Spending so much money for poor service and such disappointing food was really upsetting. I wouldn't recommend this place.
