The location made it easy to walk everywhere, and the man working there was really friendly. He helped me arrange a tuk-tuk and figure out a direct bus from Kandy to Colombo. I'd happily come back. My room was huge and the bed very comfortable. The building is a bit old and dusty, but for the price, it was well worth it. A basic breakfast was included too.

The only good part was the staff member who told us which bus to take. The rest of the stay was awful. There was mold everywhere and a strong smell in the room, and the AC only pushed dirty air. Its remote was broken, so we could only operate it by putting a jack cable in the holes. Dust covered every surface we couldn't reach, and the sheets were torn. The shower was cold almost every day. We missed breakfast because we were too late, but nobody had told us the breakfast time. I've never felt this dirty in any place I've stayed during five months of travel.

The staff were friendly, always smiling, and made the stay a good experience. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and both locals and foreigners can stay here. Breakfast can be added to the room.

The owner was so sweet, and we had a nice stay. The bed was comfy, and it was more than enough for a short visit to Kandy.

I arrived and was told to go to another place called tree breeze inn. It was far away and in a difficult location. I insisted on getting a refund, and at the same time they asked me to say nothing about it. This is a scam hotel. Never book it!
