There was hardly any staff around when we stayed, and a few things didn't work well. We kept food in the fridge overnight, but someone repeatedly unplugged it and switched it off, so we couldn't use it properly. The TV also wasn't working, possibly because its subscription or coverage hadn't been renewed. Network reception in the area is poor too. The rooms were spacious and well kept, and I liked the layout, especially how the bathroom is slightly apart from the bed area while still being inside the room. Enara is in a lovely, quiet spot, a calm place for a relaxing getaway. With more attentive service and care for guests' needs, it could be an excellent retreat.

After the devastating flood in the country, I came here and found what felt like a home away from home. I'd tried several nearby hotels, but they said the water supply hadn't been restored. Enara took care of everything. The hospitality was remarkable, the bathroom was spotless and had hot water, and the host Nikina was kind and decent.

The restaurant food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful the whole time. I had a wonderful stay. My room was pleasant and had everything I needed. I'd highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the area.

We stayed for two days and found it good value for money. The owners of enara luxury stay were friendly with customers, and the place in katugastota had a nice, quiet feel. Our room and washroom were very clean, with no dirt, and we had shampoo and a hair dryer. There was unlimited free Wi-Fi too. We also had a water heater, fan, AC, TV, zesta tea bags and a jar of sugar. It's a good place in katugastota. Thanks, we'll visit again next time! 🙏😄

The home-cooked breakfast was a highlight of our trip, with yummy string hoppers, coconut curry and chicken curry made by the owner's mom and wife. We booked the whole place for two families. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the owner was friendly and takes care of the property himself.
