Deer Point Hotel Kandy

A quiet, cool setting that’s great for relaxing, and the rooms were clean and comfortable, like being at home. We had a wonderful stay at Dear Point in Digana, Kandy. The staff were welcoming, and the owner was especially kind and helpful. I'd recommend it if you're after a peaceful break in Kandy.

Even though it’s only a few miles from the city, Dear Point Hotel felt calm and quiet. The hospitality, clean rooms, good service and variety of food all made our two-day stay more special. It was one of the best experiences I’ll cherish for the rest of my life, and I wouldn't hesitate to visit again. Thank you for the wonderful service!

The trekking was a real highlight, with stunning views and well-guided trails that showed off Kandy's natural beauty. The hotel felt peaceful, surrounded by nature, and made a lovely escape from daily life. We also found the price very reasonable for what we got. The welcome was warm from the moment we arrived, and the rooms were well maintained, comfortable and elegant. We enjoyed the delicious food and range of choices. We can't wait to come back, and would recommend Kandy Deer Point Hotel to anyone visiting the area.

We loved our two nights at Deer Point Hotel in Kandy. It's a bit outside the city, so the rooms were really quiet, and ours was quite spacious with a clean bathroom. We ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel, and it was well worth it. The coconut roti in the morning was amazing, and dinner's rice and curry was delicious. I absolutely recommend the place, we had such a lovely stay!
