We had a great stay in a cozy setting, and the buffet was very nice. We recently held our wedding here and got a honeymoon suite at no extra cost. From our first discussion, the staff had taken note of every little detail, and everything went smoothly. Ms. Natasha, Ms.Sakunthala, Ms.Mandira and Mr. Kasun did an amazing job and made the function flawless. They were easy to work with. Highly recommend!

We especially enjoyed the meals, every dish we tried was flavorful, delicious, and perfectly prepared. The property felt peaceful, with beautiful, well kept gardens, and the pool was clean and inviting for a break. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained; we had nothing to complain about. The staff were welcoming and consistently friendly and attentive, always greeting us with a smile. We had a wonderful one-night stay on a full board basis at Earl's Regency Hotel. Great hospitality, food, accommodation, and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend.

I’m very disappointed with my recent stay at Earls Regency Kandy. Yesterday, I left a white linen top in my room. I contacted the hotel as soon as I noticed, but was told nothing had been turned in to Lost & Found and they couldn’t locate it. It’s concerning that they couldn’t account for a basic clothing item, and it raises questions about how more valuable belongings are handled. Guests expect housekeeping to act with integrity and be accountable. At Ulagalla, staff personally called me about a swimming suit I’d left behind and made sure it was returned. At Cinnamon Hotels, a family member’s diamond wedding ring was carefully returned after checkout. That’s the level of professionalism and trust guests expect. The staff need better training and stronger procedures for belongings left in rooms. Guest trust is fundamental to hospitality, and I hope management takes this seriously.

The whole Earl's Regency Hotel team was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our wedding journey. They made our dream wedding happen with real care and dedication. The Awurudu Uthsawaya was a particular highlight. The management and staff worked hard to put on a lively, memorable celebration that showcased local traditions in a really enjoyable way. Service during our stay was outstanding, always friendly, attentive, and professional. I had a wonderful time at Earl's Regency Hotel, with great hospitality and a lovely atmosphere. Thanks to the whole team. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kandy.
