The bungalows were comfortable, and we enjoyed the pool. What made the place feel especially peaceful was the beautiful, well-kept garden, full of mature greenery and a real sense of being close to nature. Staff were welcoming and kind throughout, especially Achini, who made our stay even better. It was a very good visit, though more maintenance and better mosquito control would make the experience perfect.

The food was good and the service was excellent, though we'd have liked a little more variety on the menu. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. The staff were so friendly and attentive, checking in to make sure we were all right and making us feel welcome. Thanks to the whole team for a very enjoyable stay.

On my third visit, I again found the hotel calm and quiet, with stunning views that made it easy to relax. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the food came with a delicious spread and enough variety for different tastes. Everyone on staff was friendly, attentive, and ready to help. It was another memorable stay, and I hope to come back.

Our child loved every minute and is already asking when we can return, so it was a memorable family getaway. The setting was peaceful, the rooms comfortable and well kept, and the staff were warm and friendly. We enjoyed the delicious food and its good range of choices, and the service was excellent throughout. Thanks to the whole team for looking after us. We'd happily recommend The Paradise Dambulla and hope to visit again.

It was such a calm, quiet place to unwind, and the food was delicious. Every staff member we met, from the General Manager to the junior staff, was polite, helpful, and welcoming. The team clearly takes care to maintain high standards. I had a wonderful stay and would happily come back.
