Jetwing Kandy Gallery, A Luxury Reserve

The meals were a delight, with the Sous Chef and team doing a fantastic job. We had a peaceful, relaxing holiday at Jetwing Kandy Gallery, with a calm atmosphere that made it easy to unwind from the bustle. The staff were friendly and attentive, and having a personal butler was a lovely touch. Chalithaya was especially welcoming and helpful throughout. We'd highly recommend it for a serene, comfortable getaway, and we'll definitely return. Well done to the whole team.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the spotless, luxurious rooms were genuinely comfortable. The hotel was also very child-friendly, which made the stay more enjoyable. Service was exceptional, with friendly, attentive staff who noticed the details. Highly recommended!

Niluka, our personal butler, made a real difference. She was fantastic, recommending meals and kindly arranging milder dishes to suit our preferences, and she made everything feel seamless. We loved the grounds and all the birdlife, and the pool looking over the river was a great place to relax after a long day. The food was fresh, flavourful, and excellent throughout. Our room was spacious and beautifully presented, with perfectly working air conditioning and lovely scents coming through the system. The firm mattresses and soft, luxurious bedding were the most comfortable we had in Sri Lanka. We felt welcome as soon as we arrived, with a snack, drink, song, and even a relaxing massage. Truly memorable, and there's nothing to fault.

The restaurant service was professional and attentive, and the breakfast buffet had a good range of Sri Lankan and Western food. The curry varieties were especially delicious. Our clean, spacious room looked out over the surrounding hills, and its balcony was a lovely spot to sit in the evening breeze. Staff were friendly and helped arrange local tours. We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful Kandy hotel near the Temple of the Tooth Relic. It was easy to reach cultural attractions while still having a quiet retreat from city noise. Comfortable, convenient, and with excellent service, we'd recommend it to anyone visiting Sri Lanka’s cultural capital.
