The rooftop had a spectacular mountain view, and breakfast up there was fantastic. The room was very clean, and I had no trouble using the toilet or shower. It’s a family-run hotel, and everyone I met there was friendly and helpful. There was a cute dog we played with a lot, but he swallowed a piece of a ball. I’m so sorry. I wonder how he’s doing, and hope he’s safe. He was an important part of my Sri Lanka trip. Thank you so much for this experience. I wanted to get in touch right away afterward, but I wasn’t feeling well and forgot.

We stayed at Kandy Hub for two nights. It was a quiet, peaceful place to come back to, with lovely views. The rooms were among the nicest on our tour, maybe the nicest. Owners and staff were wonderful, and the food was tasty, reasonably priced and prepared and presented with care. Thank you so much!

The rooftop restaurant has an amazing view, and the breakfast was just as good. The rooms are great, and the staff are friendly and wonderful. This was the best hotel we stayed in. I highly recommend it for a stay in Kandy.

The hotel is in a calm setting, with easy access to nearby attractions. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Service impressed me from check-in: I was greeted with a warm smile and felt right at home. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious, enjoyable stay.

The main drawback is the location. Despite the name Kandy Hub, it’s well away from the city centre, and other amenities aren’t within walking distance, so an evening stroll into town isn’t really an option. That was more my tour company’s fault than the hotel’s. Wheelchair access is another issue, as there really isn’t any. I spent one night here as part of a tour package. The family-owned hotel is pleasant and quite new, and I was treated exceptionally well. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with bottled water, tea-making facilities, air conditioning and WiFi. There was soap in the bathroom, but no shower supplies such as shampoo. On the top floor, there’s a small restaurant with a fantastic view. The owner made me a delicious Sri Lankan breakfast with lovely homemade flavors. It’s a kind-staffed hotel in a tranquil, picturesque location.
