We felt warmly looked after from check-in, with a welcome towel and smooth service throughout. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The hotel costs a bit more, but we thought the value was well worth it. Our two dinners at the restaurant and the breakfast were all outstanding. Breakfast was freshly made, with live cooking and lots of choices, including Sri Lankan and international dishes. Everything was fresh and delicious. The café downstairs was great as well. The rooftop infinity pool was amazing, with fresh towels always available, and the bar was excellent. A DJ played in the evening and gave the place a nice atmosphere. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and high-end, kept extremely clean and in outstanding condition. The rooms are well equipped, even with USB and USB-C ports.

Udara was so helpful, attentive, and friendly, and her service made our evening extra memorable. We had a wonderful dinner at Kandy Myst by Cinnamon, with excellent food, a great variety, and delicious flavors. The atmosphere was pleasant, too. Highly recommended, and we hope to visit again! 😊

The rooftop infinity pool was a highlight, with beautiful views and a fantastic atmosphere. We had a memorable, relaxing family stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the food was excellent with a good range of quality options. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. I’d highly recommend this hotel for an enjoyable getaway.

Mr Dinal, Ms Osha, Mr Deen and Mr Nugawela made us feel welcome with outstanding care and professionalism. The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hospitality during lunch with my friends at Kandy Myst by Cinnamon was excellent. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Kandy for good food and warm service.

The buffet was delicious throughout our stay, with plenty of variety and good quality. We also loved relaxing by the beautiful pool with a cocktail at Kosmos, the pool bar. When my parents had an A/C problem in their room, the team quickly arranged another room without hesitation. They were friendly, attentive, and always just a call away. We arrived for lunch and ended up having an amazing stay at Cinnamon Kandy Myst. I’ve visited many Cinnamon properties over the years, but this one really captured my heart. The warmth and atmosphere made the experience unforgettable, and we’d love to return.
