The view is amazing, and the staff were very helpful. Even the General Manager was involved in the services and day-to-day operations. This was my best stay in Kandy. Highly recommended.

We booked three double rooms on a half-board basis and found the pricing very reasonable. The rooms on the fourth floor were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and hygiene was excellent in both the living areas and washrooms. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and we'd give their service 5/5. Food was tasty and good quality, and the city view from the top was spectacular. The food selection was a little limited, though they can adjust dishes to your preferences if you ask. Parking is also tight, with only a small area directly in front of the hotel. There is no lift, so the stairs to the fourth floor were a challenge for the elderly people in our group. Guests with seniors or mobility concerns should request a lower floor ahead of time. With the clean rooms, good food, reasonable price, and incredible views, it worked well for our family. We'd recommend it to families and tourists visiting the hill country, as long as they're ready for those stairs.

It's a brand new hotel with clean rooms, a lovely view, and air conditioning that works well. Breakfast and dinner were okay, just don't expect anything special.
