From the waterfall on the property to the beautiful location, this place was an amazing hideout. I’m used to having to walk a few kilometres to reach an attraction, so having one right at your fingertips was incredible. Arshad was pleasant on the first call, and Akila was just as nice when we spoke again. Akila greeted us with a warm smile and was ready to help, and the whole team, especially Tharindu, went above and beyond. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable, though they need some treatment to keep flies away. The bathroom could use shower cubicles to keep the floors dry. I’ll be back.

Our business club had a great two-night stay at OKWIN Resort. The staff’s kindness and professionalism made the visit memorable, and their support was excellent throughout. Special thanks to GM Chanaka, Akila, Hansi, and everyone on the team. From our welcome to checkout, everything went smoothly. We’d recommend the resort to groups and families looking for a relaxing, enjoyable stay.

This was my second visit. My first stay was pleasant, which made this one all the more disappointing. I can’t recommend the hotel unless its service improves significantly. I’d booked two ground-floor double rooms because my elderly parents can’t manage stairs. We arrived around 4:00 PM to find only upstairs rooms available. After about an hour, staff moved other guests to make one ground-floor room available, but we still didn’t get what I’d reserved. The refrigerator wasn’t working properly, and the bidet shower was broken. We reported both problems more than once, but nothing was done before we checked out. Breakfast was another letdown. We’d been told the buffet would start between 7:00 and 7:30 AM. My baby was hungry, so around 7:20 we asked for some food, but the person in charge, Angelo, refused. That felt unprofessional and short on basic care.

My room is cleaned each day and stays fresh and comfortable. The surroundings are lovely, with the water and waterfall making for a peaceful setting, and I’d happily return. The staff greet me with a smile every day and often stop for a quick, friendly chat. They’re kind and always try their best to help. Their English varies, from very good to more basic, but everyone makes a real effort. A special thanks to Hansi, who’s friendly, works incredibly hard, and is a real star.
