The room was small and basic, but had what we needed and was a really good buy. The family were lovely and welcoming, and know a lot about Kandy and Sri Lanka. We spent two days driving around with Raja for a very good price. The food they made was very good, especially the curry, honestly one of the best we've had.

The rooms were clean and had what we needed for a pleasant stay. Mr Raja and his family were kind hosts, and he can tell you what to do around Kandy. There's tuk tuk and taxi service too, and he's a safe driver and tour guide. His sister is a famous decorated cook, and the food was excellent!

It's quiet, the home is clean, and there's warm water. He speaks good English and is very helpful. Thanks for the rest of the surprises.

No wifi was the only downside. The family were really lovely and kind!
