There’s even a small kitchenette for making coffee or fixing a quick meal, which is a nice bonus. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, and the price is very reasonable. Hotel Renuka Inn is a comfortable, convenient place to stay in Kandy.

The hosts were nice, and the room was clean and comfortable for a good price. We could use a kettle and cooker, and there’s a pleasant walk to the lake that you can continue into town. The main issue was the bathroom wall shared with the next room. Slits at the top meant we could hear everything, including our neighbors showering and brushing their teeth at 5am. We were only there for one night, and luckily had to get up early too. The room with the balcony looked really nice and might be quieter, so maybe ask if it’s available.

I was here for three months, and Renuka Inn Hotel is a great place to stay. It was my first time in Kandy, and the hosts were very kind.

For the price, the room was good and the hotel was clean and neat. Mine had a balcony, but it looked onto a public village road rather than a scenic view. The room was described as soundproof, though I could still hear some noise. There’s also a small kitchen, which came in handy. Worth the price overall.
