We stayed in a family room, and the place was spotless, with neatly kept rooms, very clean bathrooms, and comfortable bedding and mattress. The hosts were friendly, breakfast was tasty and adequate, and tea and coffee were free. There’s a comfortable shared lounge, plus a common kitchen with a fridge, microwave, and stove, and a place to iron clothes. The lake is across the road, and the temple of tooth relic is 650m away. There was no garden or view, but it was definitely good value for money, and I’d recommend it.

After a really bad night at another hotel, we booked this place around 10pm and moved in at 9am. They let us into our room hours before the usual check-in without any trouble. It was clean and fresh, with a spacious room and bathroom, air conditioning, decent WiFi, and shared lounge, dining, and kitchen areas. The price seemed reasonable for what was offered. The shower pressure was low, but adequate for us. There was no bin in the bathroom, though we could have asked and I’m sure they would have brought one. We had to pay cash because the owner was struggling to use their brand-new card machine, but that wasn’t a problem.

Peaceful place with good staff and spacious rooms. It’s very close to the lake and Tooth Relic temple, Kandy, and about a 10-minute walk from the city center.

A clean, comfortable local place in central Kandy, and great value. The hosts were lovely and breakfast was good.

The hotel was really close to the lake, and my room was nice and clean. The staff were so kind that they helped me catch the bus on the day I left. It felt like a real gift to me. Thanks!
