Simpson's Forest Hotel

The property is beautiful, quiet, and clean, with lovely mountain views that make it a good place to unwind away from the city. The staff were hospitable, and the atmosphere was peaceful. Still, the food was average for what we expected from a luxury boutique resort. There wasn’t much variety, and even the dessert corner was basic. After checkout, the hotel contacted us to say a gin bottle from the mini fridge had been used and asked us to pay for it. That was uncomfortable after an otherwise relaxing stay. I’d suggest future guests photograph the mini bar or fridge items when they check in and, if possible, confirm them with staff at checkout to prevent misunderstandings. The food and checkout verification both need improvement.

The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, and the sunset view in the evening was unforgettable. With the cool breeze and the sky turning orange and pink, the whole place felt magical. The peaceful surroundings made it easy to slow down and relax. I loved my stay at Simpson Forest Hotel and can’t wait to go back.

We made use of the gym and enjoyed walking around the resort. The staff were welcoming and friendly, especially Disna in the restaurant. Our room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and had a gorgeous view. The pool scenery was breathtaking, particularly at sunset. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Walking around the hotel grounds, we enjoyed the breathtaking scenery, and the infinity pool had a stunning view. The food was amazing, too. My stay at Simpson was mesmerizing, with wonderful staff and excellent customer service. Ahesha from Reservations, the front office team, the restaurant managers, and the staff who served us during our stay on 20th December all made a great impression. I highly recommend this place!
