The Trees Kandy

The infinity pool looked out over Kandy Lake, and the pool bar had a good choice of drinks and snacks. Breakfast and dinner were good too, and the cafe's cookies were yummy. The Trees is a lovely hotel, with nice rooms and a very comfy bed. My only complaint: I booked a mountain-view room, but all I could see was the road, and it was a little noisy.

We spent much of our time looking out at the lake, the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, and the local birds from our room and the rooftop infinity pool. We felt it had the best 360-degree view of Kandy's incredible scenery. The Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic and central Kandy were just a short, scenic walk away. The facilities were modern and comfortable, and the service, amenities, and meals were excellent. The staff were attentive and very helpful, making us feel welcome in Kandy. An excellent stay at The Trees Kandy, and we hope to return soon.

We loved our stay at Trees Kandy. The views were amazing, and our room was clean and well looked after. The staff were warm and welcoming, and happy to help with whatever we needed. I'd highly recommend it.

We started our stay with a flower and a cup of Sri Lankan tea. The hotel is peaceful, with lovely views of the lake and city, and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. We had a nice lunch at the pool bar, and the rooftop pool had about 10 sunbeds. Our clean, comfortable room was well maintained, and the staff were friendly and always ready to help with a smile. Shops and restaurants are a short walk down the hill. A great base for exploring Kandy and the surrounding area, and I'd definitely recommend it.
