The hosts were incredibly sweet and helpful. We felt very well looked after, and could get our laundry done there. We also took a day trip to Sigiriya with the host, who drove us to the train station in Colombo too, both at a very fair price. The house sits on a hill with a fantastic view, while the city center is just a quick tuk-tuk ride away. We stayed in the upper room, where the palm trees seemed to float right outside our window. Breakfast was served a floor above us, with an even better view. This was perfect for our time in Kandy, and we'd definitely recommend it.

The hosts were so kind, they even carried all our luggage up to the room, which helped a lot. The breakfast and views were amazing, and we highly recommend booking a room overlooking the jungle. Waking up to that view was incredible. We heard none of the noise from Kandy's city center, even though it was only 5-6 minutes away by tuk-tuk. PickMe worked great here, unlike in some smaller tourist towns. We were very happy with our stay. The price could easily be higher for this quality, service and location. We'd absolutely stay here in Kandy again.

The owner family were so friendly, kind and helpful, and they serve fantastic meals. Rooms and bathroom were spacious, comfortable and very clean. It's only a quick tuktuk ride to the city center. Fantastic place to stay in Kandy, highly recommend it!

That balcony was a lovely extra. We watched the scenery and monkeys playing in the trees from there. The family were genuine and kind, and made us feel welcome during our two nights. The home cooked evening meal is well worth having. We had chicken biryani, one of the best dishes we ate on our two week holiday around Sri Lanka. Breakfast was fresh and tasty too. A fantastic stay, we'd recommend it.

It's just outside Kandy centre, with spectacular views and a quiet, relaxing feel. The hosts are warm and very friendly, and the food here is highly recommended. There's a small tower overlooking the jungle where you can watch the sunset. The host also gives great tips about Kandy. If you're heading to Sigiriya, ask the owner for advice; he'll help you plan the trip.
