The pool was the best part of our fun day with friends. It was clean, refreshing, and a nice place to relax together. Elephant Bath Hotel is convenient to get to. Service was okay, though it could have been a little more attentive. We had a lovely time and would consider coming back for another day out.
We went with friends for a day out, and it worked well for a small get-together. The infinity pool, rooftop bar, and changing facilities in the washrooms were useful. The place was clean and fairly well maintained, with a small garden, though the view isn’t much. There’s a restaurant downstairs, but the food was average. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is limited.
The restaurant has several cuisines, and the food was so good. Staff were extremely helpful and made us feel at home. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. It’s about a 10-minute drive from the busy town centre, with lovely distant mountain views from the rooftop infinity pool.
Our room had a mini fridge, safe, and tea-making station, which were handy. The rooms seemed quite new when we visited and had amenities provided. The manager was very helpful, and I’d definitely recommend it. There’s also a gym on the second floor that some guests may appreciate.
The rooftop pool was a relaxing spot, and breakfast was good with a plate of fruit. Since I visited off season, there wasn’t a buffet, but the price was reasonable then. The hotel is newly built, with clean modern bathrooms, comfortable beds, air conditioning, a TV, and a quiet atmosphere. Staff were helpful, and check-in and checkout were easy. One of my best choices in Kandy.
