Villa Nugaliyadda Bed&Breakfast

We loved our two nights here. The room was very clean and nicely designed, and the resort manager was welcoming and helpful with local tips, arranging travel, and takeaway lunches. Every meal was freshly made and delicious. The area around the property is quiet, and the local community is friendly and welcoming.

The hills outside Kandy were so peaceful, and our room had lovely decor and a balcony overlooking the view. Janaka took wonderful care of us, and his wife made delicious food. Get the hoppers for breakfast! We were blown away by how gorgeous everything was for the price. A lovely little place to find if you want some peace and quiet while visiting Kandy.

The host’s kindness and attentiveness made us feel truly cared for, and they were always ready to help. Our room had a distinctive, stylish rock feature, while the mountain view was breathtaking. It was a fantastic stay, and a wonderful place with an even more wonderful host.

Mornings in nugaliyada were beautiful, and the rooms felt luxurious while still close to nature. The place is extremely beautiful, even more than the photos suggest, and comfortable for a relaxing staycation. It’s a bit far from Kandy’s main city, though the views on the way toward town are amazing. Dining is available, but the options are limited. We brought our 7-month-old baby, and the kind, helpful people there helped us cook food for our son.
