Villa Ramboda Villa

We had a lovely two-day stay, and the friendly staff made us feel at home with the delicious food they prepared. There’s a beautiful walking trail for evenings, and the backyard garden felt magical. The eight-ball pool table kept everyone having a blast, so it’s a great spot for family fun. Getting to the villa was the one tricky part, because of the road.

It was too cold for us to make much use of the swimming pool, but we still had a great couple of days at the villa. The location is peaceful and beautiful, with lots of walking to enjoy with family or friends. The kids had fun with the pool table, and the staff were friendly and very attentive.

We had a memorable stay at Ramboda Villa with family and friends, thanks in large part to the two staff members who looked after us so well. They were friendly, attentive, and made us comfortable. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. The managing company needs to do a much better job maintaining the villa. It has a lot of potential, but isn’t being properly looked after, which was disappointing. I hope management brings the upkeep closer to the quality of the service.

The food was delicious, the place was impressively clean, and the staff took excellent care of us. Once we handed over our things, we didn’t have to worry about anything. Everyone enjoyed the different games and activities, and the villa’s calm natural surroundings made the weekend both exciting and relaxing. The repeated checkout reminders, starting at 9:30 AM, were a bit frustrating. We understand people need to leave on time, but the follow-ups felt unnecessary, and a more professional approach would have been appreciated. Still, it was a wonderful stay and we hope to visit again. Wishing the team continued success.
