I stayed in the Balcony apartment for nearly Three months, choosing the location for a few personal reasons. Staying at the Chen Villa in Kurana was one of the best choices I’ve made in Sri Lanka. Rehan and his lovely family gave me five star service throughout and made it feel like home away from home. The apartment had all the five star amenities, and having parking just off site was a big plus for this area. It’s conveniently placed for amenities, the Airport, beaches, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, shops, churches, local markets, and the main access road, so you might not even need a car. Rehan and his family did everything they could to make me feel welcome while staying practical. I’ll definitely visit Chen Villa again soon. Highly recommended if you can book this apartment, you won’t be disappointed!

It’s easy to get to restaurants, public transport, and the airport from Chen villa, with the main road just a short walk away. The villa itself is spacious, clean, quiet, and nice. We highly recommend it to every traveller. Thanks for the friendly service and great hospitality.

The house feels super cozy, with a terrace overlooking a wonderful green garden. There are also adorable cats living in the garden 🐈🐈🤍🐈. The area is really nice, and the family are caring, welcoming, and friendly. If it’s available, just book without hesitation. You won’t regret it, fr.

The host was really helpful, and the place was super nice. It’s only 15 minutes from the airport and Katunayaka highway. A very lovely place.
