The house is comfortable and clean, nicely furnished, and in a peaceful spot that's secure. It's about 20 minutes from the airport, close to Colombo centre but far enough away from the noise and pollution. The owner can arrange a customized tour around the country, and the maid makes delicious typical Sri-Lankan meals, adjusted to your taste if hot curries don't suit you. Staying in this private villa also gives you a much richer connection with local people than an international hotel.

We had the best time at Colombo airport homestay and would recommend it to anyone. The owner was very friendly, the driver was great, and the cook was amazing. Beds are comfy, the place is quiet, and the showers had good pressure and nice warm water. It's close to the airport, so there's not a long trip before a flight. We'll come back soon! :)

The house is beautiful and has a garden. Yowan was so friendly and kind, and made sure we were comfortable the whole stay. Since we landed around midnight, the airport pickup was really convenient. Breakfast was toast, eggs, fruit and tea or coffee. Highly recommended!

The park nearby is lovely for a relaxed walk, and the airport is close too. I expected less for the price, but the owner and staff gave us really caring, friendly service. The room was very comfortable, the pool was great, and the food may have been the best we had on this holiday.

The location was well placed, though I was reluctant to leave so soon and hope to return. I was lucky to spend my honeymoon here. The bathroom felt just like home, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the food was tasty, balanced, and plentiful.
