House of Richness

Breakfast was really good and homemade, and the owner was lovely and helped us find a tuk tuk at a fair price. The spacious room had everything we needed, with a comfortable king size bed, and there's a shared kitchen in the house. This quiet villa sits among huge trees, five minutes from the main road and away from the traffic. You need a tuk tuk to get there, but it's worth it. The airport is 15/20 minutes away, making it a great place to arrive or depart from. I recommend it!

For an early airport departure, this is an economical choice. It’s close to the airport but a little away from Negombo town, and they can arrange transport even at odd hours. The host was amazing, helpful and attentive to what we needed. The place was clean, spacious and had good wifi. The non AC room can get humid, and the road in is rough, so arrive in daylight.

House of Richness fits its lush surroundings, with lots of greenery and birds chirping. The host was very polite and welcoming. The dhal curry served at breakfast was awesome. Such a refreshing place to relax in Sri Lanka before going to Bandaranaike International Airport. Keep it up.

The place was clean throughout, and the rooms were comfortable and very clean too. The food was tasty, and both the host and staff were kind, reliable and friendly. It's a calm, welcoming place to stay, and I have no complaints.
