There was only one room in the whole setup, and the place felt isolated with no sense of safety. We booked two nights. They made us pay half when booking, then demanded the other half in cash as soon as we arrived, before we had any chance to freshen up. The rate was 23000/- per day, more than a five star resort. The floating breakfast shown in the video wasn't provided. When we asked, they said it was only made for filming. The complimentary breakfast they had promised wasn't arranged either. After 8.30 am, we had to contact the caretaker, who asked what we wanted to eat. There was nowhere to prepare breakfast, and the caretaker only got packed food from outside. When we called the manager, she passed us to someone else. They also refused to give us contact details for the owner or the person responsible for the resort. Totally humbak.

The setting is calm, but the rooms and service were bad. Things they said would be available weren't there. I wouldn't recommend it.

The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. Lovely surroundings, though the place could do with some refurbishment.

Wouldn't choose this place again. The hot water wasn't working properly, and safety was poor. 👎

Such a quiet, peaceful spot, with a beautiful garden and great views.
