Staying with Edna aunty feels like being at home, especially when she cooks her real homemade Srilankan food. Her son Asri was like a local friend and helped arrange my whole trip around Sri Lanka honestly, without asking for extra money. He also showed me some of the best places that aren't well explored. I spent two days at Edna home stay, and I'd strongly recommend staying and eating here if you're visiting the southern beaches and want a taste of Srilankan culture.
