The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook, and the staff were warm and helpful. The place was spotless and good value, with thoughtful little touches throughout. They even decorated for Christmas, which made it feel especially homey. The host pays close attention to detail. A really pleasant stay, keep it up!

We loved spending time on the balcony with tea and coffee, and had a great stay at Casa Theo. It's a quiet, clean, comfortable house with everything we needed, and Mrs Priyani gave excellent service. This was the first place in Sri Lanka that felt like home to me. It's some distance from central Colombo, though there's a Keels supermarket and a fashion shop nearby. A lovely spot for a break from the busy city.

We stayed at casa Winnie, the downstairs part of the same house as casa Theo, which is upstairs. It's a peaceful, attractive residential area and very close to clover banquet hall. Keells is nearby for groceries, but there aren't any good restaurants within walking distance. Uber Eats came in handy.

We only stayed one day, but it was a very comfortable visit. The property is clean, kept in good shape, and has the essentials you need. Casa Theo is also handy for Pettah Market and nearby temples, which makes getting around convenient. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place in a useful location.

The owner is so welcoming that you quickly feel at home. Casa Theo is a lovely, clean apartment on a quiet little street just outside Colombo. Excellent stay, highly recommend it!
