We spent two nights at Oasis Wings Hotel in February 2026 and had a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious, the food was delicious, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and customer oriented. It's conveniently located on the main road, with easy access to key places in Mannar. The stay was well organized and managed, and the staff were friendly and supportive throughout. There were a few service issues: the AC remote didn't work, and the shower needs minor repairs. We also thought breakfast was relatively expensive. We couldn't check the prices before ordering, and were charged LKR 800 per person for breakfast, for example, 3 thosa's for LKR 800, 3 idlis for LKR 800, and one portion of string hoppers for LKR 800. Aside from those points, we had a pleasant experience.

Mr Demel, who looked after us during our stay, was exceptional, and the team at Oasis Wings gave us friendly service in comfortable, budget friendly rooms. My family of four came from India for one night. We had been a little worried about staying in Mannar because it doesn't get many tourists, and almost all the Colombo travel agents had refused to include it in our itinerary. Those doubts were gone after our stay. Mannar is a beautiful, safe town. We wish the Oasis Wings team good luck.

Even with just a few staff on hand at year end, they looked after us really well. The food was tasty and the prices were reasonable, too. Thanks to the owner and staff for the great service. I’d recommend staying here if you’re travelling this part of the island.

The staff at Oasis Wings Hotel were always friendly and happy to help, and the hospitality was better than we expected. Our room was spacious, clean, and well kept, and the peaceful atmosphere made for a comfortable stay, whether visiting for work or a break. We really enjoyed our time there and would recommend it to anyone coming to Mannar.

Breakfast was the one thing that let the stay down. It was overpriced, with Rs 800 charged for 10 string hoppers, so I’d avoid it if possible. Apart from that, we were happy with the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the bathroom was acceptable, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Service was good for a hotel in Mannar, and everything else was satisfactory.
