Set between a beautiful beach on Sri Lanka's southern coast and a natural lagoon, Medilla Island is a lovely beach resort. The cabanas look out over the beach, with the lagoon behind them. There's a great pool, and nearby you'll find a bar and restaurant with a varied menu of Western and Sri Lankan food, plus foreign liquor and wine.
