Devoni Nature Resort

For a night or two, the location works well, close to both the train station and the fort. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi were reliable, and despite being in the town centre, it was surprisingly quiet. Most of the room seemed clean, though the area behind the bed needs more attention. Dust gets onto the sheet when you pull it out from under the mattress.

The small bathroom is the one drawback; the rest was fine and worth what I paid. Customer service deserves a lot of credit, and the venue worked well for a business trip. They even gave us a complimentary morning tea, which was thoughtful and delicious.

I wouldn't recommend staying here. The rooms were small, the bedding was dirty, and there were mosquitoes. We arrived late at night for a business trip, and the man shouted at us that the hotel closed at 10 pm. Although we'd booked through Booking.com, he hadn't put our stay under that reservation and said it was a phone booking instead. He lectured us about how to stay in a hotel, then threw away some of our clothes, lol. He said he didn't need guests because he had enough money. We only stayed a few hours, barely slept for two, and the night felt endless. That ruined our plans for the next day and the whole trip.

We booked a non-AC room. It was clean and close to town, but the bathroom was so cramped I could hardly turn around, and its door lock was broken. The fan kept me awake with its noise, and there wasn't enough water to bathe. The customer service was careless, and I wasn't satisfied.
