It was quiet and away from the busy tourist areas, and the views were spectacular. The owners were thoughtful and kind every time we interacted. Our room and bathroom were immaculate, the bed was comfortable, and the hot water worked well. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with local tea or coffee and fresh juice. You can also get lunch or dinner, freshly cooked with traditional herbs and spices at very reasonable prices. Great value, 10/10. I’d recommend it if you want to experience Sri Lanka in Sri Lankan style.

The mountain views from this private chalet are gorgeous. Our host was so friendly and helpful, arranging tours and taking care of other things to make our stay in Ella pleasant.

For a staycation, this place is hard to beat. You can choose a bungalow or pose to enjoy your vacation, and the beautiful view really gives you the feeling of being above the clouds. Come try it.

It’s your own little house up on top, with a kitchen and nobody around. The view is awesome. I wish I could wake up here every morning.
