The river between this place and the main road keeps things fairly quiet, though it's dirty. You can't see or smell it from the premises. The beach and main road are nearby, and a professional massage is available since it's also a spa. The owner and staff were extremely hospitable, and they can serve either local or continental breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay.

Most rooms are fairly large and get enough light, and they're simple but clean. The place sits right beside a main road, though, so there's a lot of noise. The river around it is dirty and full of trash, which makes for a pretty unappealing arrival.

Jagath is someone I can trust and call a friend. He's extremely considerate and helpful. I've stayed here four times, and it still feels like home. The service is amazing for such a reasonable price. Rooms are simple but have everything you need, and they're very clean. There's a nice garden, a bus stop a minute away, and the amazing Mirissa beach is close too, yet the place is quiet. It has a SPA and a restaurant serving European, Russian, and Indian food. You can order Sri Lankan breakfast as well as continental.

Jagath, who runs the place, is extremely helpful and friendly, and the breakfast is excellent. It's a very nice, clean, tidy hotel in a tranquil part of Mirissa. Recommended to all!
