We were lucky to stumble across this homestay and meet the mother, father, and their son. They were all friendly, willing to help my friend, and ready to sort out any problems. The place is close to Marisa beach, and it was peaceful and quiet when we slept.

A quiet, fresh-feeling place, and the price seemed fair for the quality. The only issue was low water pressure in the shower.
