The room was dirty, and they charged us for cleaning it. While we were at the beach, 5000 rupees were stolen from the room.

The breakfast made by the lovely lady was the highlight. You really feel like part of the family. The place is modern and clean, with good Wi-Fi, and the location is handy: quiet, but only a 5-minute walk from the beach. Communication over WhatsApp worked very well too.

The breakfasts were GREAT, and the room was large and clean. It’s in a quiet spot close to the beach, and they’ll clean the room and change towels if you ask. The Wi-Fi wasn’t very good, though, and they wouldn’t let us stay in the room longer, even though nobody checked in after us. That last part is just my subjective take.

Breakfast was freshly made and served every morning, and it was delicious. This is a great deal for the price, with a lovely family running the homestay. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. The room was perfectly adequate, with a spacious bathroom, air conditioning, a fan, and a mosquito net. There wasn’t a refrigerator in the room, unfortunately.

We could walk to Mirissa Beach easily from this simple, clean place. Our hosts were friendly, and the breakfast they served was delicious.
