The hosts made us feel very welcome and were always available with local tips, including help arranging whale watching and snorkeling. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It's a lovely homestay near Mirissa Beach, within a short walk of the shore but on a quiet, green street. A calm, budget friendly place for an authentic stay. Highly recommended.

The highlight of my two nights in Mirissa was the lady who runs this family guest house and her little boy, who kept guests smiling and chatting. The guest house is just behind the main street, with its shops, restaurants, and supermarkets, and only a few minutes on foot from the beach. Breakfast was very good and a nice way to start a day exploring the neighborhood. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back.

A total waste of money, the worst hotel. The toilet was broken and the room wasn't cleaned properly. There was nobody to help carry the luggage, and the electricity kept going off with major load shedding and no solution from them. An old lady and her daughter run the property. It's old, smells very dirty, and the washroom was filthy.

The best food in Mirissa, and one of the nicest ladies I've ever met works there. Medha? does the cooking, cleaning, accommodation bookings, meals, and everything else by herself. She's incredible.

It's an affordable place close to the beach on a quiet side street. There's no luxury, but it has what you need. The owner is friendly and helpful, and speaks good English.
