Beach music could be loud, though it wasn't a problem for us since we kept the doors and windows shut at night and the AC worked well. We spent four nights at Sajana Ocean Hill as a family of four, booking two rooms. They're simple but clean, and the owner was always around to help if anything came up. The beach, shops and spa are just a few meters away. For an affordable stay, we'd highly recommend it.

The neighboring bars played loud music, but that wouldn't put us off coming back. The family were extremely warm and kind, and we could feel how heartfelt their service was. They welcomed us with a complimentary drink. Our room was fine, with AC and a ceiling fan. We stayed three nights with breakfast included, and the owner made a small, thoughtful change to it each morning. We highly recommend this place!

The main trouble was the noise from a beach bar. Its music went on until at least 2am at the weekend and around midnight during the week, making it almost impossible to sleep. Such a shame. The hotel is very cheap and close to the beach, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are basic, with a mosquito net, balcony and small fridge. Bedding was very clean, communal areas were kept clean, and breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The dated bathrooms, though, needed a thorough scrub.

Restaurants and bars are just a short walk away, and the beach is right next door. It's a really friendly place in a great location. The en suite rooms are spacious and have AC, and breakfast was really nice. I gave the room four stars only because this isn't a swanky hotel, though the rooms are very nice.

The AC worked well, and for the money it was good value. The furniture looked old, and we did find some ants in the bathroom, but our stay was okay and the location was great.
