New Heaven Hotel

I paid more than a week ahead for a non-refundable booking, but when we got there at 7:43pm on December 22, we couldn’t check in for around 40 minutes. It was freezing and my wife was left out in the cold. Nobody picked up when I called after we failed to find anyone to help us. I also contacted the booking agent, but they couldn’t understand the hotel representative because of the language barrier. In the end, we had to look for another hotel very late in the evening. I don’t know whether I’ll get my money back. Nice business model, advertising rooms, keeping the payment, and not providing the service. Think twice before booking ahead. Roman

A lovely, peaceful view over Maussakallei Lake. The rooms are comfortable, dust-free, and well looked after, with hot water available. There’s roadside parking and the staff are friendly. A good place to rest if you’re travelling to Sri Pada / Adam's Peak, with bedrooms for 2, 4, or 6 people.

A decent place to stay while travelling to siri padaya. The rooms are kept up well, and there’s water. We didn’t eat there. Parking fits small vehicles, and the price is average. They don’t take debit or credit cards.

We had a really nice view from our room, facing "Maussakele reservoir". The staff were helpful and kind, and the owner was a very kind man too. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a spotless bathroom and hot water. Budget accommodation. Thank you guys, highly recommended.
