We found the villa clean and tidy, with air conditioning in every room. There’s a fridge in the kitchen and a washing machine too, though we only stayed one night and didn’t use it. The owner was friendly and helpful. It’s about a 150-meter walk to the beach, and there are grocery shops and food options nearby. For groups, the setup works well: three double bedrooms with their own bathrooms, plus a kitchen, dining space, and living room. Parking fits around 5-6 vehicles.

Raja was incredibly helpful and knew the area well. He arranged a day out around Negombo, then found us a driver for a two-day road trip via Dumballa, Sigiriya and Kandy. The property was very comfortable for the four of us, one couple and two singles. Highly recommended.

A quiet villa with three bedrooms, a shared kitchenette, dining area and living room. Mr. Rajaratham was a nice host and took care of all our needs.

The owner was very friendly and easy to deal with, and the place was clean and tidy. It’s in a calm, quiet neighborhood where noise wasn’t an issue. The beach is less than 100 meters away on foot, and there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby so you can choose what suits you. The price is very reasonable. I’d recommend it for a family or a getaway with friends.

It’s a reasonable price and handy for walking to the beach, restaurants and shops. The owner was hospitable and helpful. The place was generally clean, but the photos are old, so it may feel dated and in need of some refurbishment. The beds especially weren’t comfortable, and they creaked whenever I moved.
