The team at Olanro Banquet made my birthday feel special, and the whole event was well organized. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive to the details, so I could enjoy the occasion without stress. The venue was beautiful, well kept, and just right for a celebration. Everything ran smoothly and on time, from the first planning conversations through to the end of our event. The staff were courteous, professional, flexible, and attentive to what guests needed. Hotel Olanro Banquet has a spacious, well maintained hall, arranged beautifully for the occasion. The setup suited our needs, and the atmosphere was pleasant and elegant. It offers good value and high service standards. I’d recommend it for weddings, corporate events, and family functions, and we look forward to hosting something there again.

The room was affordable and tidy, and the pool was clean. There was covered parking, and getting to the hotel from the main road was easy. But the toilet had a drainage smell that lingered in the bedroom too. Sprays of air freshener didn’t get rid of it. The TV didn’t work, and the room boy couldn’t fix it. Nobody else came to help. They said breakfast could only be served at 8 am, so we left at 6 and ate on the way. There was no one at reception when we left, and the security guard opened the barrier for us. They have a lot to learn about hotel management.

We picked the hotel because it advertised a swimming pool, but when we arrived we were told it had cracks in several places. My friend hurt her foot as a result. We asked for a partial refund so we could book somewhere else, since using the pool was the reason we chose this hotel. Staff said they’d deposit the money into my account, but it never came. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
